SHIPPING
Please allow 7-12 business days for the arrival of your order. We ship domestically via UPS. For international orders, we will contact you to confirm shipping costs after you place your order.  Once an order has been shipped we will send confirmation to your email address along with any tracking information.

RUSH SERVICE
If you need to have your order rushed, please contact us at orders@hayluv.com  to confirm the availability of the item you would like to ship and our rush options.

SALES TAX
All items shipped to addresses in the state of Connecticut will be charged sales tax.

DELAYS

If an item in your order is not available, or if there are any other problems with your order that may cause a delay, we will contact you via email ASAP.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns for exchange or credit within 10 days from the day the merchandise is received. The merchandise must be returned / exchanged in the original condition that it was shipped, in order to honor the credit.  You should package all returns in a bubble padded envelope.  Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect with the merchandise.
